PILATES
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to work the muscles as efficiently as possible. It uses smooth flowing movements that tone and stretch your body, helping to increase strength and flexibility in muscles and joints.
Pilates focuses on core strength and correct breathing to improve postures and circulation and relax the mind, is low impact and suitable for all.

POWERBAR
Using weights either bars or dumbbells, this class works through every muscle group in the body to tone muscles and increase strength and control, maintaining bone density and muscle mass to keep metabolic rate high and promote fat burning.
Low impact and suitable for all.

50/50
A combination class of non choreographed aerobic training.
All the benefits of Power bar with the added advantage of improved cardiovascular fitness as well. This style of class covers all the bases in one class to improve strength, endurance and stamina and promote general health. If you are only going to do one class this or a circuit are the ones for you.
Options suit all individual levels of fitness.

YOGA
Let go of your preconceived notion of what yoga is.
Yoga is for everyone, a non competitive personal activity with the emphasis on postures, you will become more toned and flexible, so will your mind. Reduces stress and tension levels, decreases blood pressure and digestive problems when practiced regularly.
You don’t have to be spiritual, just start and continue at your own pace.

AEROBOX
Simple, easy to follow box and kick routines (using focus pads and kick shields) set to motivating music. Challenging, yet so much fun you won’t even realise you’re exercising… great stress release and no one gets hurt!!

FITBALL
Improve your balance, core strength and agility in a fun workout that tones and strengthens your upper and lower body as well. Suitable for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT
Guided tour of the gym! Your instructor will guide you through a complete workout using Cardio Equipment, Pin Weight machines plus General Circuit…great introduction to the gym for newcomers AND regular exercisers!

SPIN
Noticed how many people are getting fit on bikes these days.
Spin is simply riding bikes for fitness. No expensive gear or bike to buy, no B-doubles to dodge or car fumes to breathe in or crazy dogs running at you. No ones ever fallen off a spinning bike!
As easy or as hard as you like, just as effective a way to burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness as going for a run, without the stress injuries that runners so often suffer.
The instructor sets the cadence or rhythm, you set the intensity and off you go.
